STEP 1
Meet with me (Alys) or one of my trusted colleagues - get a tailored plan underway, mutually decide deadlines and strategy to fit your busy schedule. Application forms are at the bottom of this page.
STEP 2
Venture into the lab and complete the modules around your life and availability (requires some motivation and self-direction but I know you can do it!!)
Meet with Alys or colleague again at a time to suit you for a reflective discussion about your plans for delivery.

Bookmark this site so you can get back to it easily - it does not save your progress so keep note of which modules you have completed.
Get your favourite notepad at the ready and your best pen.
I suggest have a pot of tea on the go and some nice snacks*.
Check you are sitting / lounging on the sofa correctly so you don't get stiff.
